I purchased this app and it has not worked at all. It crashed from the start and I was never able to use it. $35.00 is a lot of monef for an app that does not work. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I loved this at first, just drag the file in, select the output and boom, done. But now I go to open it and I just get this error message and it wont work/open. If they cant fix this I want a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is how to fix crash on start up after updating from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4 Delete the IU folder under this path ~/Library/Containers/com.aimersoft.VideoConverterUltimateAimersoft/Data/Library/Application Support/Aimersoft To get there open FINDER then click on GO at the top menu bar then press and hold OPTION key until you see the hidden LIBRARY menu then click on it and follow the path mentioned above. Thanks hope it works for you.

Works flawlessly. Conversions are fast, accurate and flexible. Have not incurred any issues thus far.

Doesn’t work with Hulu and doesn’t work with BBC iPlayer already downloaded files (it will work with iPlayer if you copy and paste the URL so that’s good).

It is a great app. It does what it is supposed to do. I use it all the time. I wish it was a bit cheaper.

I haven’t found any issues with this version.

This software CHANGED MY LIFE! I have struggled for years as an academic physician between different formats to give video lectures and with switches between Mac and windows. This is so easy to use and fast. Great

Finely something that works right out of the box. I find this product to be really the right stuff because of amount of formats, from the input and the output. In addition, there is no need to worry about making blank unusable desc’s. However, the software is very easy to use but, in some cases being able to make adjustments to the output file(s) would be nise to have but not available in this release. I would recamend this software to anyone that asks for video reformatting, backup utilities at any time.
